Raedwald, Missing Presumed Got At

Nipped over to Raedwald's excellent blog this morning to catch up on my reading.

It is gone!! Anyone know why Raedwald has decided to close his most excellent blog?

Update 31/12/2009 14.45: Raedwald's blog has been deleted by Blogger. As yet, Raedwald has been unable to ascertain why. Hopefully it will be restored to its former glory as sson as possible. Messages of support can be left here.

I too had noticed his absence. The most recent front page can be displayed by entering this line in a Google search box:

cache:http://raedwald.blogspot.com

But that will only work until Google purges their cache.

It is all the more alarming because he has not changed his tone or style over the past year or more. Why now? Maybe we will never know.

I checked out Raedwald's last blog entry and there is nothing in it to suggest he may have been forced to close the blog.

What a shame, I always found his blog posts rather insightful.

Yes, most odd - I can understand retiring for a while but wholesale deletion? - a few words by way of explanation would be of interest ... I see http://eureferendum.blogspot.com/ is taking some heavy incoming legal artillery from the slimy Injun and his cronies.
